I’m Jackson, a recent graduate of Plymouth State University, where I earned my Master’s in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies. I’m passionate about helping people in any way I can, always striving to put my best foot forward in everything I do.
Right now, I’m focused on building TripTrek from the ground up. While it’s been an uphill battle at times, it’s a challenge I genuinely look forward to every day. The potential to create something meaningful drives me to innovate and create different ways to serve an expanding market in New Hampshire.

My name is Brett, and I am a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where I earned a degree in Sports Management & Leadership with a minor in Business Administration. Through my internships with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats and the University of New Hampshire Athletic Department, I gained hands-on experience in team operations, event management, and customer-focused service. I’m passionate about baseball, fitness, and creating positive experiences for others—values that carry into everything I do. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, as well as my two dogs, Bella and Beau.

Our sourcing process begins with trusted retailers such as Amazon and Walmart, where we review customer feedback, product ratings, and specifications to identify items that best meet the needs of vacation rental guests. By analyzing real-world user experiences and focusing on highly-rated products, we ensure that every piece of gear we provide is durable, safe, and functional for a variety of vacation settings.

Once we acquire our equipment, we implement a rigorous quality assurance process. Each item is inspected thoroughly for any defects, damage, or missing components before it enters our inventory. For items that require setup, our team tests and configures the gear to ensure it works perfectly, so guests can enjoy a seamless and worry-free experience from the moment it arrives.

Our Process
1. Item Inspection
Following each rental, our team performs a thorough inspection of every item to ensure it meets our standards for safety, reliability, and quality.
2. Wash/Clean
All TripTrek equipment is thoroughly washed and cleaned to remove dirt, debris, and any signs of use. Our team ensures each item is fresh and ready before preparing it for the next guest.
3. Disinfect
After cleaning, all TripTrek equipment is carefully disinfected using child-safe disinfectants. This ensures surfaces are sanitized while remaining safe for families and babies.
4. Dry Completely
After cleaning and disinfecting, all TripTrek equipment is thoroughly air-dried or wiped dry to ensure it is completely clean and ready for the next guest to avoid bacteria and mold.
